Join a bilingual ABA team that actually supervises you
We're hiring RBTs, BCaBAs, BCBAs and licensed clinicians across Miami-Dade, Hialeah, Kendall, Homestead, and all the way down to Key West and the Keys. Every role on this page shows the pay in plain annual numbers, because that's the first thing you'd ask anyway.
Most ABA job posts in Miami make you sit through two interviews before anyone says a number. Ours are printed below. Read them, then decide if it's worth the two minutes it takes to apply.
Open roles
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Pay:
- $66,560 to $72,800 a year at full-time hours, which is $32 to $35 an hour. You are assigned to specific clients, usually one or two, and each client's plan runs about 15 to 30 hours a week. Two clients is a full schedule; one is part-time at the same hourly rate.
- Location:
- Miami-Dade, including Hialeah, Kendall and Homestead. Also Key West.
- Type:
- Full-time or part-time
What you'd actually do: One child, one session, one plan. You run one-on-one sessions following a behavior plan a BCBA wrote and oversees, you take data that gets reviewed, and you work with the parent right there in the session, in English or Spanish, whichever the family speaks. You won't be left alone to figure it out.
What you need: Current RBT certification. Reliable transportation. Spanish helps, but it's not required.

- Pay:
- $75,000 to $90,000 a year
- Location:
- Miami-Dade
- Type:
- Full-time
What you'd actually do: Carry your own cases under a BCBA's supervision, coach the RBTs on those cases, and sit with parents so the plan keeps working at home. This is the middle rung of the ladder on this page, and the numbers above and below it are real.
What you need: Current BCaBA certification. Reliable transportation.

- Pay:
- $95,000 to $125,000 a year
- Location:
- Miami-Dade, plus Key West and the Keys
- Type:
- Full-time
What you'd actually do: Your caseload is yours start to finish. Assessments, treatment plans, parent guidance, and supervising the technicians who deliver your plans, including signing their hours. You'd join a clinical team of eleven, three of them BCBAs.
What you need: BCBA certification, or a Florida license as an LMHC, LCSW or LMFT.

- Location:
- Miami-Dade, plus Key West and the Keys
- Type:

Apply for this roleAdditional Mental Health Licensure Opportunities
If you're a Provisional Mental Health Counselor (PMHC) or a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI), you already know the hard part isn't the coursework. It's finding a practice that will actually supervise you.
We guarantee your supervision. Luis Permuy is a Florida Qualified Supervisor for these licenses and does the supervision himself, in house. You are not being sent somewhere else to find it, and you are not paying outside for it. You accrue your hours here, with the person who runs the practice, while you build your clinical skills and carry real responsibility.
There's no printed range for this track, and we're not going to pretend there's one number. Pay depends on your licensure status, your experience and qualifications, the clinical responsibilities you take on, and the caseload you carry. Ask us, and we'll talk real numbers for your situation.
Work in the Florida Keys
Our office is in Key West. Not a satellite, not a service area we drive to once a month. 524 Front Street, and the practice is registered there.
That matters if you are already in the Keys, because your commute stops being an hour of US-1. It matters more if you are in Miami-Dade and have thought about the move. Keys employers pay what Keys employers pay. We pay Miami-Dade money for Keys work: $66,560 to $72,800 a year for an RBT at full-time hours, and $95,000 to $125,000 for a Lead Analyst or a licensed counselor.
We are not the only ABA practice hiring in the Keys, and we would not pretend otherwise. We are the one publishing what we pay.
The questions you'd actually ask. Answered.
What does it pay?
It's printed above, per role, in annual numbers at full-time hours, prorated for part-time. RBTs: $66,560 to $72,800, which is $32 to $35 an hour. Then $75,000 to $90,000 for BCaBAs, $95,000 to $125,000 for Lead Analysts and licensed counselors. We put the pay on the page because you shouldn't have to interview twice to hear a number.
Will I get my supervision hours?
Yes. That is the point of this section, and Luis said it plainly: we guarantee it. If you're an RBT, your supervision comes from a BCBA who knows your cases. If you're accruing hours toward BCaBA or BCBA certification, you're working under people qualified to supervise that path. And if you're a PMHC or RMHCI, Luis is a Florida Qualified Supervisor and does it himself. Three BCBAs on an eleven-person clinical team is a real ratio, and it is why we can say yes to this instead of hedging.
What about caseload and drive time?
If you've done ABA in Miami-Dade, you've had weeks where you saw more of the Palmetto than of your kids. We serve specific areas: Hialeah, Kendall, Homestead, the rest of Miami-Dade, and the Keys, and cases are assigned by area. You are assigned to specific clients, usually one or two, and each client's plan runs about 15 to 30 hours a week. We would rather tell you your actual assignment in the interview than print something pretty here.
What's the schedule?
Like most of ABA, the busy hours are after school. Afternoons and early evenings carry the week, and part-time RBT schedules exist for exactly that reason. Your hours follow your clients' authorized plans, so one client is part-time and two is close to a full week.
Where does this go?
Up, and the rungs are on this page. RBT at $66,560 to $72,800. BCaBA at $75,000 to $90,000. Lead Analyst at $95,000 to $125,000. Almost nobody in this field shows you the ladder with the pay attached. Here it is. How fast you climb depends on your certifications, and the people qualified to supervise that path are on this team.

How much do RBTs make in Key West?

Spanish is a working language here, not a bonus skill
All eleven clinicians on this team work in English and Spanish. That means you can do parent training in the language the family actually speaks at home, sure. But it also means the quick call to your supervisor, the question about a case, the team conversation, all of that can happen in Spanish too. If your clinical Spanish is stronger than your clinical English, or the other way around, you'll fit fine.
Meet the people who'd sign your hours
Eleven clinicians work here today, three of them BCBAs. Before you apply, read who they are, because one of them will be reviewing your sessions and signing your supervision.
Meet the teamApply. It takes about two minutes.
Eight fields. No cover letter, no account to create. Tell us who you are, which role you want, what languages you work in, and where in Miami-Dade or the Keys you live. We'll take it from there.
