Boca Raton & South Palm Beach County
In-Home ABA Therapy in Boca Raton
Boca Raton families often tell us they want therapy that feels like part of normal life, not another appointment. That is how we work: your therapist comes to your home, your child's school, or a place in the community, and sessions run in English or Spanish.
South Palm Beach County areas we visit
We serve Boca Raton from the beach to the western communities off State Road 7, plus the unincorporated areas just west of the city.
- Boca Raton (33431, 33432, 33433, 33434, 33486)
- West Boca (33428, 33496, 33498)
- Highland Beach
- Communities along Glades Road and Yamato Road
Therapy woven into daily life
Goals like getting dressed, sitting through dinner, or handling a change in plans are best practiced where they happen. Your therapist works inside those moments and shows you how to keep them going.
Our northernmost area
Boca Raton and Delray Beach are the northern edge of our service area. Availability can vary, so we are upfront about scheduling before anything starts.
What a session can look like from the beach to West Boca
Boca Raton stretches from the ocean to gated communities well west of the Turnpike, and a therapist's approach shifts with the setting. Near the beach and downtown, sessions often work around condo schedules and shared amenities, while in West Boca's larger subdivisions, there is usually more room for a therapist to set up structured play stations across a yard or playroom.
Many Boca Raton families also keep a packed calendar of tutoring, swim, and religious school, and part of our first conversation is simply mapping that calendar out so sessions land in a window your child is actually available and rested, not squeezed in as an afterthought.
Several Boca Raton communities west of the Turnpike require visitors to be announced at a guardhouse, so we collect your community's specific entry procedure during intake and pass it along to your assigned therapist well before the first scheduled visit, so nobody is left waiting at the gate.
Coordinating with the School District of Palm Beach County
Boca Raton schools are part of the School District of Palm Beach County, and when a school agrees to coordinate with us, the focus is usually narrow, perhaps supporting your child through morning arrival routines or a specific transition that has been difficult, rather than a therapist being present for the whole school day.
Because many Boca Raton children also attend private or religious schools outside the district, we ask early on which school your child attends, since coordinating with a private campus can look different from coordinating with a public one, and both depend entirely on that individual school's willingness.
Routes along Glades Road, Yamato Road, and the Turnpike
Because Boca Raton is the southernmost city we reach from Key West on a given route, visits here are usually clustered with Delray Beach appointments on the same day, moving along Glades Road or Yamato Road toward the Turnpike. If your family lives close to the Highland Beach line, we also take the coastal route on A1A when that is faster for the day's schedule.
Florida Medicaid and insurance
We bill Florida Medicaid plans including Humana and Simply. If you do not see your plan, call us and we will check your benefits with you. Our Medicaid & ABA guide explains how coverage works. See all accepted plans on our insurance page, or read about our work across South Palm Beach County.

Yes. Highland Beach sits along our Boca Raton route, and we schedule those visits alongside nearby Boca Raton and Delray Beach families.
Do younger siblings need to be out of the house during a session?
No. We simply plan around your household, and siblings are welcome to be present as long as the session can still stay focused on your child's goals.
Our community requires guests to be announced at a guardhouse. Is that a problem?
No, just share the entry procedure with us ahead of time and we will make sure your therapist knows exactly how to get through the gate.
Do you see families east of I-95 in Boca Raton as well as out west?
Yes. We schedule visits on both sides of I-95, from neighborhoods near Federal Highway out to the communities along Glades Road and State Road 7. Share your cross streets when you call and we will tell you honestly which days and times are realistic for your part of Boca.
