We see families in Key West, Big Pine, Marathon, Islamorada, and Key Largo, at home, in our office on Front Street, or wherever your child is most comfortable.
Where we provide ABA therapy in Monroe County
Most of our families are in Monroe County. We come to you for in-home sessions, or you can visit our Key West office at 524 Front Street. For families further up the Keys, we coordinate schedules so therapy fits your week, not the other way around.

An office on the island, not a mainland waitlist
Our office sits at 524 Front Street, Office 1, in Key West 33040. That address is the difference between a practice that serves the Keys and a practice that says it does. There is one road in and out, and a therapist who lives up the mainland does not keep making it down here twice a week for long.
We work with families in Old Town and Bahama Village, through Midtown and New Town, out to Stock Island, and up the Lower Keys through Big Coppitt, Sugarloaf, Cudjoe and Big Pine. Sessions happen at your house, at our office, or in the community, and families who prefer to mix the three do that too.
Island scheduling, in plain terms
Distance is the honest constraint down here, so we plan around it instead of pretending it is not there. Session times are set with the drive along US-1 already counted, and if your child does better right after school rather than after a long trip, the week gets built that way.
It also means the work stays local. Skills get practiced at your kitchen table, at the school your child actually attends, and at the places you go on a normal Saturday, rather than in a room in Miami that has nothing to do with your child's week.
Questions Key West parents ask us
Does Medicaid cover ABA therapy in Key West?
Yes. Florida Medicaid covers ABA therapy for children under 21 when it is medically necessary, and that coverage is the same in Monroe County as it is on the mainland. We are an approved Florida Medicaid provider with an office here on Front Street, so you are not filing paperwork with a provider four hours away. Do you come to our home in Key West?
Yes. Sessions can happen at your home anywhere on the island, at our Key West office at 524 Front Street, or in the community, whichever suits your child. Families in Old Town, New Town, Stock Island, Big Coppitt and up the Lower Keys all have the same options.
Is there a Spanish-speaking therapist available in Key West?
Yes. Every clinician in the practice works in both English and Spanish, which is unusual this far down the Keys. Sessions and parent training can be in Spanish, in English, or in both, and the first phone call can be in whichever language you would rather use.
Do I need a diagnosis or a referral before we start?
An autism diagnosis is needed before ABA can be authorized, and in Monroe County getting one can take some coordination. Call before you have everything: part of what happens on that first call is telling you what your child already has, what is missing, and where families down here usually get the missing piece.
How soon can we start in Key West?
It depends on the diagnosis, the evaluation, and your plan's authorization, so we will not put a number on it that we cannot stand behind.
